Oldspackrat (Scott Winn) on this site will have them. He's also in Indianapolis.

Do you happen to have the housing goes with it? Or the installing mount? I don't know how to describe it but it's basically where the astray and the cigarette lighter are mounted. Is it supposed to be a separate part or is it part of the dashboard?

The slide channels are molded into the plastic of the intermediate dash. The curved metal backing is riveted to the intermediate dash.

Check with Scott Winn. He likely has all the parts you need and at reasonable prices too.
EZPZ here's a direct link to his PM mailbox
Scott has been parting out these cars for longer than Olds has even existed.

If you want a new ash tray they are reproduced for around fifty dollars. You can save by buying used and painting though. 50.00 is not ashtray money if you ask me.

Yep - it's built into the dash bezel. The cigarette lights mounts into a hole with a ground strap.

Well the lower dash - not the pad. The areas you noted is part of the entire lower dash.
