Need help with 1957 Speedo cluster removal

Need help with 1957 Speedo cluster removal
Hi from Sweden
Im trying to remove the speedo cluster on a 1957 88 and have figured out how to do it, exept for the left bracket behind the cluster. It reinforce the column and have 1 bolt on top and 1 nut in bottom but after removal of those the bracket i still stuck in place. Feel like it weld in the bottom to the dash.
anyone experience the same and have a solution I will be thankful.
