Mystery parts

What are they and where do they go?
Have 2, blue paint, one rusted away, Held on with 2 small bolts.
Found in box of misc. stuff came w/car. Believe interior use, interior was out when I got car.

Sorry fellers. 1965 98 convert originally triple blue. The interior was totally stripped when I got it.
Maybe a bracket or tab that holds carpet or firewall pad? Door panel? The little bit of paint on one is close to interior color. I'll start searching for 2 holes to match ones in the parts. Should of put something in pic for size. @4 inches x 2

Still looking. new pic. one was obviously wet for a while, but one is good.
What was used on a two piece carpet? Any clamp where they meet under the seat?
2nd pic is of 2 more items I don't know.
