330 teardown - help me solve what these mystery parts are

I just pulled out my 330 for a teardown and in the process found 3 bearings on my shop floor. I am actually thinking these are valves for my oil and transmission cooler lines. I've attached a pic for reference.

I have not torn the engine apart, just pulled it out and they must have just dropped out when I took the engine apart but the lines are the only thing I can come up.

Any ideas what these may be for?

Never seen them in any part of an Olds motor before. You sure they came from the motor?

What did you use to lift the engine?

I used a cherry picker . Bolted a chain diagonally across the block and lifted it out.

Also, found a couple of the bearings before I even pulled it out. Pretty sure they weren't there prior to unbolting everything.

I just can't think of anything those would come out of.

Bearings from the castors of the hoist?
Never seen any ball bearings out of any Olds.

This boogles the mind. Never seen them before. Agree with tru-blue posibly from the hoist castors. Check your hoist see if the castors look ok

Checked the hoist. The cheap thing doesn't even have bearings in the castors. Like I said, small chance they are not from the motor/tranny somewhere.

Anyone know if cooling lines in a 65 cutlass with jetaway transmission had a check valve?

FYI: I should clarify. I pulled the tranny out along with the motor so disconnected everything from the tranny forward.

Are you sure they are not out of your casters? Not caster wheel to axle, but where the caster swivels and turns direction.

Could be from the steering box? Have you seen any damage to the box?

Yes, sure they are not. You are right, the swivel castors have bearings but none are missing and these bearings are about 2x the size of the castor bearings.

No damage to the steering box. I had already checked that.

....the mystery continues.

Maybe they don't belong to the motor, tranny, or anything else attached to the car. I just better make damn sure it's not when I put the thing back together.
