We are currently in the process of reinstalling the original steering wheel on our 1956 Olds Holiday 88 4 door hardtop. Looking for assembly manual exploded diagram for this or another member's assembly pics. Just need to know what parts to add to what we have to get the horn to work properly. Also is there an actual wire in the column for the horn? The previous owner butchered this car badly and we are trying to get this working properly. I will post pics shortly.

Did you figure this out? I have the same issue. I think something goes in the large hole in your third pic.
