Lookin for part info

Hey all, just trying to redo my interior and I needed to know what part this is & what it's for. Thanks for the info.

Looks like the panel on the rear of a convertible, one of two that are on each side of the rear seat. The arm rest, which house the courtesy in the top square hole, and the clip for the seat belt.

That is the stowage clip for the optional shoulder belts. Shoulder belts were optional in convertibles in 1970, and were a relatively rare option at that.

Thanks fellas, Ill probably just leave the seat belt clip off when it's redone. I dont have the shoulder belt option, plus it will look "cleaner" w/o it imo
