Legendary interiors order processing time

Anybody knows how long should one wait for a Legendary order to be processed? My shop ordered my seats by mid March and we are still waiting. Supposedly they are caught up with too many orders.

That's not uncommon at all. I think they get swamped with orders during their typical Christmas Sale season and spend A LOT of time (if not all) getting those processed. I ordered a partial rear seat cover for an Abody a month or so ago and just got notice today that they are getting ready to ship it.

It's worth the wait...whatever that time span is.

I could see with the warmer weather getting people to start with their projects, but that seems long for them, give them a call. Perhaps they weren't ordered when the shop indicated that they were.

4-5 weeks is standard lead time for them if they don't have it on the shelf- and that is any time of the year.

Its worth it. Be patient. Why not give them a call and ask for a status. Probably going out the door this week.

They took at least 6 weeks for mine and then they ended up having to redo the door panels so it took another 2 weeks. They fit perfect.

I ordered upholstery and door panels. Turn around time was 6-7 weeks. A lot of the time your order is made from scratch following the order. They pre-make the stuff and have it laying on a shelf. They are hand made from the same bolt of material so all the colours are perfect. Soon I must install mine! I was very pleased with the first look of their work.

Thanks guys. Indeed the order was placed more toward the end of March. And my shop has been in contact with them. They did not have the seats in stock. Last thing I heard was that they were waiting for the side panels to be completed.

Sounds reasonable for this time of year.
I ordered mine at the end of the resto season and got it all withing 3 weeks.
Now is the time for people to start restos, so they are quite busy now.
Do other prep and resto work while you wait. And as mentioned and experienced, you will not be disappointed. If you are, call them and work it out - you will not be disappointed for long!!

My experience had been the same as others. I had ordered mine around October and they took about about 6 weeks to deliver so it does not sound unreasonable. Quality is 2nd to none.
