interior paint?
interior paint?
again a another question
when i bought my 88 olds i saw that the interior was painted.
the interior was painted in the states before it went to europe to the previeus owner of my 88 delta.
The interior was green, ( car was medow green) 1969, and later painted with a red/ brown collor to mach the repainted white car i think.
now i see spots of the original collor trough the red/brown, and want to paint it again.
what kind of paint do they use on it?
i want to make it again the red/ brown collor, becouse i don't want to do the whole car again.
By using the red/brown i only have to paint the doorpanels.

SEM Color Coat vinyl and plastic coating/paint is what most guys use.

A local body shop supplier type auto paint or parts store may have it or something like it.
A paint place should be able to mix it or some other type vinyl paint up for you with a sample or paint code if it's an original color. There's a color chip library on the site I linked too also.
SEM is pretty popular here and you can get it at a lot of places locally or online.

I've used Krylon Fusion paint before on vinyl parts in my interior. It worked great!
