Look on the bottom - might be 2 bolts there!

I think by that time they were using some type of metal sprue that bolted under the outboard seat belt retractors. Seems like it takes about a T55 or T60 Torx bit and when I pulled the seats on my 74 Hurst I had to use an impact wrench to break them loose.

Rocketraider is correct.
Torx bolts on the bottom flanges, and stamped steel hooks on top.
Unbolt the bottom, and slide it up off the hooks.

Aight den Muscles Malone!

I tried a ratchet and a breaker bar, and all either of them would do was get cocked in the bolt head and twist out. Sez me, I got sumpin for ya!

When that CP impact hit 'em...
