Front seatbelt length 72 Cutlass

Would someone please measure the length of the female side of a front seatbelt on 72 Cutlass for me. I have all of the seatbelts out of the car for restoration and the front and the rear belts are all the same length. That may be correct but I don't know for sure.

Barry...Is the male section of your front belts on a retractor?

Here is the reason I keep asking... I removed 3 of these from the front seat of my Cutlass. It looks like sometime over the past 38 years someone has installed rear buckles in the front.

Those are fixed/non-adjustable buckles, how would they work in the back seat? With the locking floor belt retractors there is no adjustment, center bench seat position should have an adjustable belt. Those would only work on the front outer positions with locking retractors, unless 72's are a lot different than 71's. In my Vista Cruiser the small buckle/female end in front are for the locking retractors, large buckles with adjustable belt are for the shoulder harnesses, center front and all three rear seat positions.

Bluevista... my outside rear belts are also on retractors. I just assumed they are locking but I have never been in the backseat so I am not sure. The center position has an adjustable male belt. Now I am really confused.
