Fisher deluxe 66/67 belt buckle finish question

The deluxe Fisher belts with the black buttons were a 66/67 item. Some are brushed steel finish, others are bead blasted. I am told one is correct for 66 and one is correct for 67. Which is which?

I'll try to get a picture up.

I believe the ones in my 67 are a brushed finished. I can also post a picture of them if your interested. Im very sure they are original to the car.

I kind of think mine are too, to the best of my memory. I will check them next time I'm with the car.

All I have ever seen were brushed, with Fisher Body Carriage as the button on 66's and GM logo on 67's.

Rezzing my own thread. Here's the two different types of buckles I've got, trying to pick correct for 67.

Top one is a blasted finish with gold carriage, bottom is a brushed finish with more of a silver carriage.

These are off the rear seat of my project car and they looked blasted, not brushed. I don't know if they're original.
