i found a guy that has a vinyl top for a convertable with instructions and all the hardware to put it on. I have never put my own top on. does anyone know if it is hard to do. it doesnt look like it would be that bad, but looks can be deceiving. its for a 65 dynamic 88 convertable. also i do not have a part list. the guys says the mfrs # is 487-491 i dont know if that can be crossed over to check to see if it would fit the dynamic 88. the guy did not know. it has a plastic window made by ultralite. the vinyl is made from haartz high quality vinyl. any help would be helpful thanks chris

 

Every top manufacture has their own numbers for the tops so if you know the manufacture check with local upholstery shops to see if they have any info,the top for a 65 dynamic 88 will be the same as the same year impala,buick lesabre and full size pontiac. It might be the same for the 98, buick electra and caddy but I dont have any info at home,I would recommend letting someone who is experienced in tops put it on. Jeff
