Hey Everyone! My question today is what is celebrity sedan? I found a piece of a brochure that had my exact car and interior. I was told years back the my interior on my 64 dynamic 88 is a "upgraded one". I was unsure if it was a trim level or dealer option that added this but could someone please explain this package? what does it add?

 

Celebrity Sedan is just a certain trim level offered by Oldsmobile in the day.

Cool car. My Grandfather had a car that was almost a twin of yours. I have looked for years to find one picture of it but still haven't found one.

 

"Celebrity Sedan" was Olds-speak for four door sedans from late 1950s to 1967, after which they were called Town Sedans.

The Y67 and Y68 Deluxe Trim options added bright metal exterior window frame moldings and fancier interior trim than the standard trim.
