I need the plastic bucket seat back and side covers for my 69 Cutlass.
Just about all the major vendors sell them. I need a set in Parchment;
lots of colors I've found, but no Parchment. Here is what I need to know'
Who offers Parchment?
Who actually makes the covers everyone else sells?

I would recommend finding a nice used set. I did a 69 chevelle a few years back with a parchment interior. It is like a pearl white. The only new plastic parts made at that time were white so they needed to be re-sprayed anyway. Ames (GTO supplier) sells vinyl dye in spray cans. They might have a correct color dye. I used vinyl dye from my paint supplier. It took a lot of trial and error to get the color to where I was happy with it. We (my brother and I) were going from a dark green interior to parchment, so the headrests, seat plastics, and arm rest bases/ rear pads all had to be color matched to the new seat covers. The problem with the reproduction seat backs is that they are way too wide for the seat. When you put them on you will have about 1/2 inch gap on both sides between the plastic and seat cover. I have installed 2 sets (one on the 69, one on my vista cruiser). Both sets I had to use a heat gun and curl the sides of the seat backs in. The reproduction bottom covers are not as bad but still don't fit as well as originals. You will be way further ahead finding a decent set of original panels as I think you will have to respray new ones any way. Here are some pics of the 69 chevelle interior:

Thanks for the steer. Those look a bit rough to me. I'm going to keep an eye on eBay. If this one stays around after a few cycles, maybe the seller will come off the price. That might well make me willing to take a chance on them.
That car was originally green with a green vinyl top along with green interior and white stripes. Original SS 4 speed bucket seat non-console. Pretty sure it was a factory L78 (375 horse) based on the original fuel line and redline on tach, but the original block was gone. My brother and I restored it for a guy in York, PA and he wanted it marina blue with parchment.
