I looked at the SEM website and couldn't find a blue dye, but I did find their Clear Coat Blue in 4 colors. What would be the right color for the 71 Supreme Blue?

Also, is there an over the counter mix for the metal part of the dash and the package tray cover in the rear window in Blue?

Lastly, I need to touchup the blue steering column as well.

I can't speak to the SEM colors, other than to speculate that none of them are an exact match.

As for the interior paint for the metal parts, the code is right on the back of the paint chip charts.

 

Year One, possibly other parts houses, sell a vinyl Supreme Dark Blue paint/dye. I can't attest to its accuracy as the cars were already 20 years old before I started wrenching on them.

I used it, but it was too purple for my taste. Ended up using a custom PPG DBC mix that is a little lighter and has more flop.
