bench seat question

bench seat question
I have an extra bench seat for a '69 442/Cutlass that I am trying to sell.
Someone has asked me if the springs are integrated into the foam on the seat backs, or, if the springs are external from the foam. I have no idea why he's asking this, but I want to give a correct answer.
I wasn't around for my current seat's reupholstery, so I'm not sure which it is.

Thanks Joe.
I only know this from Camaros, but in 1969, some seat backs had its springs actually molded in with the foam (as opposed to springs separate and a block of foam sitting on top.)
