Bench to buckets question

Ok, received my bucket seat brackets, I have a total of six studs, need eight. My car had some type of racing seats bolted to the floor (PO drilled holes through the floor pan. Should I have a stud existing in my floor that I am supposed to use, or is it a bolt through the floor? Also the brackets for the center console had no instructions, where do I weld the two brackets for the console?

The brackets are correct, 6 studs, and you use 2 bolts in the two, rear outboard positions.

These are bolted to the existing holes in the floor. (i want to say the inboard of the 2 factoryholes)
