Back Seat - Lower cage for '68 442 Convertible...anyone have a pictrue

My lower back seat is rusted and has a few bends to it. Anyone have a picture of their seat cage or picture of the bottom of their covered seat? the line I need to see is the rear line (the 1" thick piece of metal at the back of seat).

This thing may be too toast- anyone have a back seat cage for sale?

I have my back seat out right now. I will try to get you a picture of it tomorrow evening (EST).

Sorry, life got in the way for a few days there. I just looked at mine and the seat cover covers up that area completely. I don't think you'd be able to see what you describe in a picture. If you want I'll take one and post it, but that back area is completely covered.

I think they'll interchange, but am not positive. I've got one from a 1970 Cutlass convertible (the white ones) and then one from a 1972 Buick Skylark, with what looks like 1968 Chevelle covers on it (the black ones). I'm trying to sell these for a friend so their available if you end up needing to replace yours. But check out the pictures and see if you find the view you need. If not, describe what your looking at and I'll try to add some more photos this weekend. I've got a bunch of pictures on my photobucket site, check out the folder link below:

Alan, I think I have it fixed. Let me know if it still won't work.
