On my 70 Toro, I just have a small grey/silver metal stalk with a ball built into the end that is attached to my windshield, can anyone tell me how the inside rr. view mirror would attach to this piece? I don't have the mirror at the current time, would need to get one maybe from Fusick or something. I also have a small map light above it in the headliner molding, so I am pretty sure it's supposed to be attached to the w/s and not to the ceiling

 

Once you get a rear-view mirror, attatchment will be obvious!!

 

Does the stalk that attaches to the w/s come already attached to the mirror, or does the mirror snap onto the stalk somehow?
