70-72 cutlass s sail panels
Can anybody please help me and give me the measurements of the sail panels at the rear.. If someone has them apart and can measure them exactly.. I want to create them myself from cardboard or something.. And I don't have the old ones.. And doing it in the car is hard..
Any help would be greatly appreciated.. I am overseas.. So I can't get a pair anywhere here.

You never got the measurements...no luck over on ROP.com quite some time ago.
I have some pulled off a '70 and will get them out and see how they look in terms of getting accurate measurements (they are curved in certain areas).
If all else fails maybe I can get a tracing/pattern to you somehow also.
How's that great looking W31 doing????

Try this on for size. Many of the edges on the panel are straight BUT you can also see there are three edges (the longest edges) that have curves to them. Not sure how you will be able to make the curves exactly like this...maybe cut the panel straight and then try to slowly trim in the curves, test fit, repeat, etc.
The measurements for the curved edges do not account for the curves...all the measurements are taken with a straight measurement, corner to corner of each edge.
Same thing on the overall length....that's with a tape straight across end to end.
Finally, note the short cut on one end...this end doesn't come to a point like the other.
