hey guys i was wonderin if i could get some help on where to find the front and rear window chrome for my baby. i would also appreciate it if someone could tell me what a fair price to pay someone if i could find it locally. any and all advice is appreciated

Keep an on Ebay. Seems to be a lot out there. It's usually in pretty good shape since the location of these mouldings are not as susceptible to scratches and dents as are the door and quarter mouldings. I buffed mine out after a repaint and they came out very nice. Chumley

 

I may have some up in Oregon. So your needing the stainless that goes around both the front and rear windshields, correct? Anything else?

If you haven't created a parts wanted thread yet I'd encourage you to do that. There's several members here with spare parts and one of the other guys may be able to find the parts quicker than I could. Organization is not one of my strong points!

Not cheap, but the parts place, fucicks, etc has them repop.

 

yes, i need both the front and rear stainless for around the windshields. how much would you like to get for them?

The rear glass stainless isn't repro'd to my knowledge

>The driprail channel stainless is reproduced and available from Fusick for the Cutlass S body style (don't know if they repro the Supreme body style)

>The windshield stainless is repro'd and available from some vendors such as Ames Performance Engineering (Pontiac repro parts vendor).....not cheap ($100 for 3 windshield pieces + $145 for the wide stainless at the base of the windshield...+ shipping which may be oversize).

RUN A PARTS WANTED AD (AS ALREADY SUGGESTED BY 2BLU442 ABOVE) and see what you come up with. There should be A LOT of the rear glass pieces out there as well as windshield sets. Driprail stainless can be found used as well but many times the stuff is pretty dinged up, etc.
