1971 Cutlass walnut trim

Hi all. In the middle of a '71 CS convertible restoration and the previous owner cut holes in the walnut trim on the door panels to stick a speaker there. The rest of the panel is in great shape, but I was wondering if anyone has found that walnut trim for the door panel, or a suitable product to overlay on the original. I was going to fill in the hole and place a piece of new trim over it instead of buying some aftermarket door panels.. It's not about the money, but I hate to not use the OEM ones since they're in real good shape overall. Just need repainted. Any help would be appreciated. My upholstery guy isn't cheap either, but I will use him as a last resort.. Thanks! Chris

Maybe find a set of good used door panels and use the walnut trim off of them. I found a nice set here and used them after I painted them to match my interior,
