1967 442 sail panel's

I need to remove my sail panels, but I am not sure how to remove inside light covers and I do not want to break them! So, can anyone tell me how they come off?

I think you carefully pry out the plastic lens and there is a screw or screws there for the housing removal.

Pry out with a very thin plastic blade

I have a dental pick set that I use to pry the centers out. The lenses can be brittle and break easily.
