1964 Olds Cutlass 2dr holiday coupe

Hey guys have any of you heard of this at the bottom of the rear window on top of the tray toward the trunk (Oh! Interior is White with Black dash top - carpet - side kick plates - carpet & rear tray) where the rear window mouldings & end caps meet together at the bottom of the wind the piece going across the tray is colored in aqua mist & yes it is lacquer paint (didn't age well) a few friends of mine say there was a bulletin in December of 1963 that the 64 olds cutlass f85 & jet star there was a Dealer bulletin that stated that moulding was suppose to be the same color as the rear package tray & the Dealer was instructed to correct itAlso I was told it was more present in the Canadian car shipment of that yearI'm asking cause the car was bought new and has ALWAYS been in the family since Delivery - should I make the correction after 58 yearsI'm asking cause Oldsmobile on some cars would grab prepainted panels when they were low or out and strip & paint with the rest of the car the exterior & in many cases the inner panels could be another colorAny feed back would be greatly appreciated
