I have a 1964 442 Convertible. I want to replace the window cranks. The ones I have now are the “H” type with a center of the arm open. However, I have found that there are several types that vendor are offering.
“The Parts Place” sale window cranks that look like the photos below which I think I remember.
Does anyone know if this type is correct for a 1964 442 convertible?
No. I've had two '64 Cutlasses (and I doubt the 4-4-2 differed) and neither of them had cranks like that. They had the "H-type" you describe with the concentrically-knurled hubs.
Those pictured don't even look GM, at least not from the '60s.
EDIT : I take that back, maybe from B or C body?
