Any help appreciated to remove the speedo from my '57 Olds 88. Thanks.

 

Well this is a start- 6 screws holding it in

 

Thanks. Does this diagram suggest that it is removed from the front?? Just remove the chrome surround and remove 6 screws?? Thanks, Bob

 

Page 15-1 of the 1957 Oldsmobile Shop Manual describes removal/replacement of the instrument cluster and printed circuit.

Page 15-2 says "The fuel gauge and/or speedometer housing can be removed after the printed circuit has been removed."
