If they're rivited on, you may need to replace the regulator. Are these on the regulators? Are they power or hand crank windows? Can you provide a photograph?

Hand crank. They look like a yo-yo and slide up and down on the groove in the mddle. They are made of nylon or some kind of pastic that has just fallen apart over the years.

I've heard of people using shower door rollers for this purpose. I don't remember where I read it (camaro or chevelle forum of some type I think) but figured it might be worth a try since Home Depot and Lowe's are all over the country. From what I remember it worked pretty well. I'll post back if I can find it.

Hi all!I thought this might be so old that no one would still read it.I have not fixed the 1/4 window rollers as I am trying to sell the car and don't want to spend the $.
I did find this source that you can look over and I will try and look up the pt.# when I get home.

Laugh all you want, but rollers for sliding screen doors were almost identical for an old '59 Olds I had with manual windows..It was only minor modifications that were made and was under 3 bucks for a set of windows.. I picked them up at the Home Depot. Maybe this can work for your application.

Remove the window handle and the interior quarter panel, may have to pull the rear seats to do that(I'm not familiar with your car). Then start looking.
