I'm looking at has 27000 miles on it in average shape.
I has T-tops, Vinyl interior and crank windows...
I've been only able to find one with vinyl and
cranks.....is this car very rare? Any Idea on Value?

Hey guys. I'm new to the site. I just got my 83 hurst olds home and want to get all the info I can about it. Does anyone know what these cars ran in the 1/4 mile. I am also wondering about the production number. My VIN is 1G3AK4796EM416497.

 

They are high 15-low 16 second cars. Unless you get the tune perfect, then maybe a mid 15.

also, i owned a 69 h/o in the early 1980's, i sold it to a guy in longview tx., it did not have the original engine or trans., however it did have a 73 hurst olds engine & trans., it was a a/c car with auto trns. & 4.33 gear rearend. it was a really nice original car when i sold it. is this maybe your car in the picture ? thanks, scott in new orleans

The other 2 cars sold through that dealer were in Decatur, Illinois so it is likely that your car was sold at a dealer near there.

As for my '69, I've owned it since '79 and it was originally sold in West Allis, Wisconsin (I'm originally from Milwaukee)...

This message is for 69 HO aurora. Found on some older post where you were helping people with the build numbers on 83 Hurst models. Anyway been doing some horse trading and ended up with one with 56,000 miles. Decent car just needing some TLC.
