1969 Hurst Olds idle stop solenoid?

Did the 1969 H/O come with an idle stop solenoid? In some engine photos I've seen a bracket peaking out on the driver side of the manifold forward of the throttle linkage. Any info would be appreciated.

I have only seen dashpots, not solenoids, on the four barrel 455s in '69 including the H/O.

According to the assembly manual dashpots were A/C only. That is why the bracket in the second photo confused me.
