Identifing this air dam part

Identifing this air dam part

I think this piece might be an air dam or radiator diverter. I already have one on each side mounted vertically, but I’m not sure if this one is supposed to go on top or if I’m missing the other half. It’s also possible that the ones I have are in the wrong place, and this piece actually belongs on the side.
