1983 Hurst T Top Weatherstripping

I am the original owner of an 83 H/O. I want to replace the weatherstripping in it's entirety. There is the heavy rubber stripping that sits above the visors in the channel, the heavy rubber stripping across the side of the door windows, the stripping that runs down the side of the pillar. In addition there is what appears to be a "peel and stick" type of foam that is actually applied to the glass of the tee tops itself that is drying out and definitely needs to be replaced. Does anyone have a good source for the stripping, particularly the soft foam "peel and stick" foam that goes on the underside glass surface. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance all.

www.steelerubber.com Might still be able to get some from GM. I would try that first. More expensive but that will fit for sure.

Don't know if Steele Rubber carries that particular item, but they are on the net. They are great people to deal with!!! Replaced all the rubber on the Silver Bullet, and what they sent for the rear window (think that was it) was exactly right. They had me mark the one they had sent, send it back, made a new one correct for '68's, and sent me the new version, all at their expense!!! Cannot get better than that, in my opinion. Highly recommend them.

The stick on seal is the T-top secondary seal. GM part number 20139617. Still shows as a good number at your GM dealer. Retail price is $38.95 each.

Thanks to all for your responses

I have owned a lot of 442's etc over the years and have been able to source most everything I ever needed. But these Tee Top strips have been a tougher one. I will check with all of the recomended sources and again thanks for the support.
