1969 H/O 455 engine

Found a foaled spark plug #4 cylinder definitely a valve stem seal; so I will be replacing all of them without doing a total head rebuild but need some guidance ---> is Fel-Pro the best seal kit (I will be ordering my valve cover gaskets from them) & what part number should I order? I think I should buy a valve keeper kit so I have some just in case any suggestions what & where to by? Lastly I don't know what you guys would do there's no indication of a bad or broken spring should I have a couple on hand and if so what should I order? Car runs well actually runs strong at startup get a puff of grey smoke out of left exhaust goes away instantly and never comes back when engine is running or hot and no oil consumption guess I caught this very early. Any feedback - tips or suggestions would be appreciated -- Thanks
