Brake unit problem

Hi, should I rebuild or replace the Delco Moraine unit on my 57 Olds 88 with a dual master cylinder unit?? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Bob auto@pa.net

Yes, there is a problem. The brakes lock up when slowing to a stop.
