found this in a seat that i am looking to recover and put in my car. I know its not for my car but thought i would post to see what exact car this came out of and if it belongs to any of you...tell me what i have here.

 

34257 is a Cutlass Supreme.

 

does that tell you year at all? at the bottom it says the car was delivered at gray chey, olds hilsdale michigan. is the vin on that some where

 

Did not see the VIN, is it folded over? should be larger than that. Should be the same year as your car, as they would not/could not put other year paperwork in a car on the line. They were building '71's for example, and the paperwork on the assy line would only be for that year.

 

this seat came with the car when i bought it(not in the car). i will be hoping to find something like this in the seat in the car right now that i am replaceing. thats all i found dont have the otherside?

 

That is about 1/6th of a full sheet, the upper left hand part.
