1964 Cutlass valve cover "PCV"

I am wondering if someone can help me with what I call the "PCV" on the 330 engines. On the right-side valve cover (passenger side) there is the "PCV" valve and the left-side (drivers side) there is nothing on the valve cover. In the picture below is the tube supposed to connect to something. Vacuum? If so, were should it connect?

The air inlet is through the vented oil fill cap. The PCV valve connection looks like this.

Thanks Joe. There was no hose on the car. Do you or anyone know of the best manual for the 64 Cutlass?

The four volume Chassis Service Manual, available on ebay, and the Product Information Manual, available from Paul Sigmund.

I don't have the product information manual, but I got my service manuals here:
https://www.themotorbookstore.com/19...ce-manual.html
These are $60 for the set

They are reproductions for sure, but when I needed mine I could not find a good set on ebay..
I'm happy with the physical quality of this set.

Here is an "oldie" but a goodie" many years ago when I brought the 64 post car home from a farm pasture in Ohio this what it looked like. I was doing things necessary to the 330 to try and start it after sitting that field since 83. That 330 Fired up and ran great. A guy here in this forum bought the 330 for the crank...Go luck with your project...
