Seat Belt Guide on 75 Cutlass (H/O)

I have a 1975 H/O W30 and the seat belt guides are missing. I've seen both the rectangle style and also the triangle style guides on various H/O's and Cutlass's. So which is correct? In addition the piece that screws onto the seat itselt, that holds the guide, appears to be somewhat triangular in shape,on this car as you can see the indentation on the upholstery, yet the replacement pieces all seem different? What are the correct pieces for this. Thanks.

Square appears to be correct for the swivel buckets.

The base that screws to the seat is triangular.

In addition the seat belts also came with clear plastic clips/adjusters that are available aftermarket now- hard to come by NOS.
Sorry I don't have a pic handy.

Well, as luck would have it, whatever the screws are supposed to attach to under the vinyl upholstery on the upper part of the seat.....it's not there. Almost seemed like it was a little piece of wood that has split in two! Anyone got a fix to that? I'm assuming there's some sort of metal framework in there somewhere. Do I use longer screws and try and find that framework?
