Tech advice on 63 Olds 88 Valve cover PCV grommet

Need help! I have a 63 Dynamic 88 with a 394 with 280Hp. Was the cut-out hole for the PCV valve on the passenger side valve cover "Round" or "D" shaped from the factory. I have a feeling both will work. I do have both "Round" and "D" shaped valve covers. My goal is to have the car totally stock. So, if anyone know the correct valve cover, please let me know. Thanks guys.

They are round.
The "D" shaped grommets weren't used until the second generation engine in 1965.
Note that there is a first and second type. Also A/C cars used a different setup too,
