I’m trying to find the relay for the ELC on my ‘89 Trofeo. The service manual isn’t helping and neither is Haynes. I replaced the fuse in the interior fusebox as it was blown but the only information i can get on the relay for the system is basically “I definitely have one”. Do any of y’all know where it is? I’m thinking it’s in the relay bank behind the glovebox but nothing says what ANY of those do.

 

When in doubt, check them all.

I seem to recall some of the Cadillac and Buicks having the ELC compressor on a MaxiFuse, with the control system on a separate fuse.

 

I seem to have only been able to locate the 20A fuse in the glovebox. The relay brick in the engine bay has nothing relating to the suspension system and neither does relay brick behind the glovebox.
