I have a 90000 mile W30 Ralley red 4speed in excellent condition bought it in California.
How can I get the red fender wells in better shape.
Is there anything to do to bring them back to stock original appearance.

 

I have done several pairs. I used Sems Flame Red. Takes a lot of cleaning and prep. Don't use coarse sand paper, scratches will show, and you will have to fix.

Nooooo. Shiny new red inner fenderwells is frequently a sign of an ersatz W30. Give me faded real ones that look like they were born on the car.

 

Amen. Pretty sure a 90k mile W-30 does not need reproduction fender wells. Keep it original.

I just used a soft green pad and simple green to clean well then used cleaner wax.. mine are somewhat faded but no doubt they are original which is fine with me..

 

Those look just about perfect.
