Windshield Wiper

Does anyone know if the broken 'pin' where the articualating arm goes screws into the main body before I get carried away and break it.

I believe it is pressed in place with a serrated pattern, not unlike a wheel lug.

Its of a 69 Cutlass S Tedd, I have found replacement online
