Seat belt resto
#2
Why do you want to switch the buckles? I had some seat belts with some crusty buckles. I just switched the cover and button mehanisim while leaving the belt attached to the lower portion. I also switched from the black painted buckles to the brushed aluminium ones. The lower portion is the same for both styles.

I hear ya but I have some original buckles with the tongues that are rusty both on the painted cover and inside the buckle and on the tongue. I have extra buckles and tongues that are beautiful and rust free just random colors so I just want to switch the buckles and tongues and re sew them to the original webbing and I can deal with the covers separately after a complete set is repainted the correct color.
I just need someone who can r&r the latches and tongues and re-stitch with the same pattern.
