L7DD Tire code on 72 Build Sheet

Looking for the subject code to be interpreted from my 1972 Olds Cutlass Supreme build sheet. Car was built in Framingham, MA in April of 1972. Would like to buy an original style (repro) tire as a spare in the trunk. Wheel code is "MA" which I believe is body color super stock 14x7 which were on the car and were original per the original owner.

Are any references available to decode build sheets? There are others I'd like to interpret as well including "20DBL V **" listed under "Spec. Order".
