Bruce,

Can you please post a picture of what you're looking for or at least say what page of the assembly manual they are on

AUVECO is one of the biggest suppliers of automotive hardware... Easy to cross reference GM part numbers... Fastenal is also another good source...
Here is an AUVECO link: https://www.auveco.com/

The hardware section of your local Lowe's has a pretty good selection as well.

The page numbers aren't very helpful without the section number.

Many restoration vendors offer hardware, fasteners and trim clips etc...Google it.
Stay away from all the big home improvement and auto parts retailers(sorry lem)... it's all chineasium grade -10 junk. It will sheer, rust, gall, strip and simply not perform well even their SS fasteners are grade 0 junk.

Another avenue is used. Several guys here in the classified section part these cars. Nothing like OEM GM Original hardware.

The trim clips are available at a good automotive body shop an paint supply house. But you need to bring an example to match it up. This is where I found the common stuff for my 68s. Fusick, Year One etc...had the specific 68 stuff. Check out Inline Tube as well. They offer a ton of quality hardware.

What Mike said. J clips could be several things. I little cleared description and location of these fasteners will help us zero in.

I still can't find where 392762 is.

391359 are common and used everywhere. I assume you have some old rusty ones that you could post a pic of and you can find used ones

397639 are the inner fender clip nuts. I'm sure you can find nice used ones of those too

387730 is harder to find because it sits in an area that tends to really rust.

I really didn't worry about fasteners being perfectly correct so I just found the closest match's for my stuff at Auveco

Scott Winn probably has hundreds of these fasteners
