65 4GC Carb (442) Vent Tube to Fuel Bowl
Where is this located on this carb so I can prefill the fuel bowl prior to first start.

As the illustration shows, you have 2 fuel bowl vents on a 4 bbl,; one for the primary and one for the secondary. While I would fill both, for starting purposes that is not really necessary. Filling the primary should suffice.
