Yearly maintenance

I have a 1972 olds 442 with 455 automatic with quadra jet 4bbl carb. What is everyone's suggestion for yearly maintenance to keep it running great and keep it safe?

-Change All....ALL fluids. Pwr Steering, Coolant, Brake, Diff, Trans & Filter. Engine oil.
-Inspect hoses n belts. When was the last time the cooling system was flushed and t-stat replaced?
-Replace the fuel n air filter. Inspect PCV.
-Brake fluid should be bled every 3ish years depending on miles or static time and storage conditions. Consider replacing the 3 rubber brake hoses before bleeding the brakes.
-Clean, inspect, repack front wheel bearings.
-Clean then wax the hell out of the chrome.
-Treat the weather seals.
-Inspect then grease the chassis.
-Lube the door, hood, trunk hinges etc...
-Vacuum out the trunk especially the drop-offs.
-Inspect the tires. Older than 10? Replace!!!

This oughta keep ya busy.
