67 Cutlass Conv. I think they came from around the side glass.

Those look like front track guide brackets for a hardtop/conv.

My guess would be front door window lower rear corner bearing plate for 66 & 67... May also be called front door sash guide plate... Just a guess, I haven't had my 66 or 67 doors apart in years....
