What’s this part called? Steering column issue

So long story short my ignition was destroyed and I’m rebuilding it. I have all my other parts sourced except for a small plastic bushing of some sort. It goes between the upper column housing and the middle portion. I can’t seem to find a replacement anywhere. If anyone knows what I should call this part or know where I can get one that would be great.

A little more info may help. What year/model did this come out of? Is it a tilt, nontilt, tilt/tele?

Should’ve included this. It’s out of a 1970 cutlass S, non tilt column.

It's called a Cup, Shift Bowl Thrust. P/N 7804413. Used on 1969-up steering columns without tilt, pretty much across the board.
