Just did mine yesterday. Very easy. Drain coolant with petcock on radiator, take off fan and shroud behind it (don't forget the belts), then the water pump will be there. 6 bolts to remove that and let the rest of the coolant drain. Clean remnants of old gasket off with razor blade and then put the new pump/gasket on and reverse the process to put back together. Also I used this time to replace the thermostat and gasket, I'd recommend that, too.
