Vacuum Advance Control Specs

What are the specs (inches Hg start & end) for the Vacuum Advance Control marked MS 427 16?

All I found in looking this up was that 427 stands in for GMPD part number 1973427, the Delco number is D1315A, and the maximum crank advance is 16°. I didn't find anything on the vacuum part of the specs.

Does anyone have a Delco or other reference manual that would show the vacuum information?

Do you know what application used that canister? I have an old manual with info but it is based on application and not part number.

Here's a picture of what I have. Would need to translate distributor number to engine family. The one with the ink marks is a 1970 350-4bbl automatic AC application from my first Cutlass but I don't know what the rest of them are.

Thanks, Kenneth.

That is perfect! Thanks for saving that all these years. And thanks for remembering where you put it!
