Hey guys I'm having issues with the scissor top on my 71 Delta 88 project. About a month ago I started working on it and had it operating fine but it's getting hung up again. I replaced the switch, relay, and motor, as well as the drive cables recently. After all of that it was still getting hung up going down and up. I lubed all of the joints and then I removed the gear boxes, opened them up and blasted the insides including the gears to remove all of the petrified original grease. I re greased them and put them back together and the top was working fine. Now I've had it in the down position for about 2 weeks and it will only come up about a foot and a half and gets stuck again.

Is there something else I should be looking at? There's like a second bow slider right? Could friction from that be causing the top to get held up at that position?
